The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION UPPER PAMPANGA RIVER INTEGRATED IRRIGATION SYSTEMS – HEAD OFFICE, through the fund under CORORATE OPERATING BUDGET OF CY-2026, intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION TWO HUNDRED TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY NINE AND 00/100 PESOS (PHP3,202,339.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF SET OF OFFICE TABLES FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF COA OFFICE LOCATED AT NIA CENTRAL OFFICE.. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.4.
