Provision of products necessary to complement existing RMSs The following information shall be provided:
Signing of a framework agreement for the purchase of products for the acquisition of Equipment to be integrated in HES Sanplat in accordance with the specifications of the CS, Annex 1 and the attached technical specifications. Estimated value without VAT: minimum 5,624.57 lei without VAT and maximum 6,898,760.30 lei without tax The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract: 862.345.04 lei withoutVAT The estimate calendar for the award of subsequent contracts: 1 contract from 6 months to 12 months. The minimum number of CSs estimated to be at least 4 and 8. The first subsequent agreement will be concluded after the maximum contract has been awarded. The quantities are estimated and adjusted according to the performance of the subsequent agreements, without the total contract being completed.
