1. The subject of the contract is the supply of computer sub-assemblies for the implementation of the PROACTIF, Shift2SDV and AIMS5.0 projects for the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics of the University of Gdansk. 2. The subject matter of the order includes the supply to the headquarters of the Contractor: the Faculties of Technology of Gdańsk, Facultys of Electronics and Telecommunication, Narutowicz 11/12, 80-233 Gdńsk, building WETI A (No. 41) room 116. 3. The subject-matter of the agreement must be new in the factory, from current production, free from legal and physical defects, without prior use and cannot be subject to the rights of third parties.The contracting authority shall, in accordance with the terms of the contract, provide the contracting authorities with the information necessary to ensure that the contract is concluded within the scope of this Agreement. The contract is subject to the conditions laid down in Article 4 (1) of the Agreement.2. By technical documentation, the Contractor shall understand in particular: − technical specifications made available by manufacturers or distributors − manufacturers or distributors catalogue cards − descriptions or catalogue books drawn up by the Contracting Party on the basis of which they are drawn, together with an indication of the sources of the information provided, e.g. the address of the website www.producer or distributer. Where the Contract Party offers its own products, they may not infringe the copyright of third parties. The Contractor reminds the Contractors that the relevant legal instruments must be provided with a qualified electronic signature. 3.the technical documentation must be verifiable during the course of the procedure. The technical documentations must confirm all the required technical parameters of the subject of the contract specified in the description of the object of the order. 4. The technical documents must be marked in such a way as to allow it to be linked to a specific item on the price-item form (e.g. by indicating that it is attached to a particular item on a price-temperature form). 5. The contracting authority accepts the equivalent evidence in question if it confirms that the equipment offered meets the requirements specified by the contracting entity, the characteristics specified in its description of that item. 6. The contractant shall submit or approve the technical documents in English.8. If the contractor fails to lodge the evidence in question or the evidence submitted is incomplete, the contracting authority shall request that it be lodged or supplemented within the prescribed time limit in accordance with Article 107 (2) of the Act of Accession.
