ca. 120 m prozessgasleitungen
ca. 190 m erweiterung des vakuumrohrnetzes
ca. 160 st. absperrarmaturen, insbesondere membranventile und kugelhähne
ca. 3 st. vmb-verteilungen mit insgesamt 14 prozessgasabgängen
1 st. erweiterung gassteuerzentrale inkl. schaltschrank, feldgeräten, verkabelung
und programmierung
ca. 8 st. gaswarnmessstellen inkl. strömungsüberwachung und optisch-akustischer alarmierung
