The object of the contract is - Design services for the preparation of the technical documentation for the authorization of the execution of the construction works (D.T.A.C.), organization of the execution of the works (D.T.O.E.), Technical execution project (P.Th.) + Execution details (D.E.), verification of the technical documentation by authorized technical verifiers, provision of technical assistance from the designer and respectively Execution of construction works + objective endowment related to the investment objective Subunit of Firefighters within the Inspectorate for Emergency Situations Mihail Sturdza of Iași County - Țibăneşti locality with financing from European funds related to the Sustainable Development Program (SDP) 2021-2027, Priority 3 - Promoting adaptation to climate change and risk management, Action 3.2 Improving the risk response system in order to improve response times in emergency situations as follows: • Elaboration of technical documentation for obtaining approvals, agreements and the preparation of specialized studies necessary for the authorization and execution of construction works • Elaboration of technical documentation for authorization of the execution of construction works • Elaboration of the technical execution project and execution details • Verification of technical documentation by authorized technical verifiers • Execution of construction works according to the developed technical projects + objective equipment • Ensuring technical assistance from the design side According to the general budget of the project, the estimated value of the contract is: 218,000 lei, excluding VAT; 2,000 lei, excluding VAT: 79,083,00 lei VAT, of which: - Chapter 4 Expenses for the basic investment: 3,543,856.00 lei (of which the value of the equipment 58,500.00 lei without VAT); - Chapter 6 Expenses for technological tests and delivery to the beneficiary: 9,050.00 lei;
