Perho Liiketalousopisto Oy's wholesale purchases The purpose of the procurement is the procurement of food, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages and non-food products and their deliveries to Perho Liiketalousopisto Oy's restaurants and teaching kitchens in Helsinki (Restaurant Perho and restaurant Herkku Töölö and restaurant Perhon Helmi Malmi). The goal of the procurement is to find one (1) main wholesale supplier whose delivery and order times meet the needs of Perho Liiketalousopisto Oy's restaurants. Goods deliveries must be carried out responsibly, efficiently, reliably and inexpensively. Perho can make other purchases from separate suppliers in accordance with procurement legislation and contracts. The acquisition does not give exclusive rights to all of Perho's purchases. Restaurants have small storage facilities, so orders are made from them daily. Due to the limited storage space, it is necessary to be able to order also unloaded sales lots from the wholesaler.
