The winner of the competition will be determined by the design competition, and a contract will be signed with him based on his proposed design and Section 49(6) of the RHS, on the basis of which the educational building of the Tallinn Lasnamäe State High School will be designed. The object of the design competition is the educational building on the property formed by the plots of Mustakivi tee 23 (78403:306:0014), Mustakivi tee 23b (78401:101:2956) and Mustakivi tee 21a (78403:316:0083).
