Republic of the philippines city of bais -o0o- bids and awards committee invitation to apply for eligibility and to bid the city government of bais invites interested bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid for project monitoring and construction materials hauling, city engineer’s office, viz item approved budget for the contract (abc) pr 729-26 php 3,200,000.00 1 2 unit pick-up specifications: * brand new unit * engine size: 2.4l * displacement: 2,393 cc * number of cylinder: 4 * number of valves: 16 valves * transmission type: 6 at * max output (hp): 150 hp/3400 rpm * maximum torque: 343nm/ 1600-2000rpm * fuel type: diesel * emissions standard: euro 4 * number of doors: 2 * number of sets: 2 * driver's airbag: 1 * front passenger's airbag: 1 * power steering additional requirements: * complete with standard tools, ewd, operation & maintenance manual, parts book, rustproofing, floor matting, spare tire with rim * free one-year comprehensive insurance and free three years lto registration * color / window tint: black / medium tinted windows * warranty coverage of 110,000 km or 3 years whichever comes first. terms and conditions: 1. the winning bidder must provide the following: a. supplier must be iso certified. b. conduct seminar and training for drivers and mechanics on pms safety rules and standard operating procedures. c. must provide pms for 1 year free of charge of the units. d. must provide preventive maintenance parts (air cleaner, oil filter, water separator, etc. ) for 1 year e. must put on the bais city official seal and "city engineer's office" printed/pasted (permanent) f. must have based technicians and service center within negros island. the approved budget for the contract is to be taken from capital outlay 2026. partial bids are allowed, however, bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. in order to qualify, bidders should conform to the eligibility criteria as prescribed under sec. 23 and 25 of the revised irr-a of r.a. 9184. bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary "pass/fail" criteria as specified in the revised irr-a of r.a. 9184. as such non-submission of any of the required documents will result in the disqualification of the bidder. due to covid-19 pandemic and quarantine regulations of every provinces, presence of the bidders is not necessary. the bids and awards committee (bac) allows the submission of bids through electronic means and submission through courier services. the following documents are required for submission: a.eligibility documents including technical documents (1st envelope): 1.registration certificate from dti for sole proprietorship, sec for corporation or cda for cooperative. 2.valid and current mayor's permit where the principal place of business of the bidder is located. 3.bir registration certificate with taxpayer’s identification number. 4.statement of the bidder of all its ongoing and completed government and private contracts, including contracts awarded but not yet started, if any, whether similar or not similar in nature and complexity to the contract to be bid, within the relevant period where applicable. the statement shall be supported with a copy of the contracts/purchase or job orders; and end-users acceptance or delivery receipt duly acknowledged. the bidder must have completed within a period of five (5) y
