Description & Project Overview
Framework agreement for the supply of bulk diesel fuel, with delivery included, at the unloading points presented in the Specifications, in the quantities and conditions specified in the Specifications. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers/candidates - 15 days. In accordance with art. 160, paragraph 2 of Law 98/2016, amended by GEO 107/2017, the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarifications or additional information on the 10th day before the deadline for submitting offers
