1. The subject of the order is the conclusion of a framework agreement for construction works in the modernization of roads and water supply networks in Łódź, divided into tasks: 1) Task 1: Modernization of roads in Łódź - ZDiT task. The purpose of concluding a framework agreement for Task 1 is to successively place executive orders for construction works related to the modernization of roads in the city of Łódź. The scope of works includes the modernization of the road, including: preparatory and demolition works, substructures, surfaces, traffic safety devices, street elements, road greenery, road drainage, teletechnical and telecommunications works. "Modernization" of the road should be understood as reconstruction, construction or renovation (within the meaning of the Construction Law) - depending on the subject of the executive order. 2) Task 2: Modernization of the water supply network in Łódź - Task ZWiK. The purpose of concluding a framework agreement for Task 2 is to successively place executive orders for construction works related to the modernization of the water supply network in the city of Łódź made of ductile iron pipes with PE and cast iron connections with diameters from 100 mm to 250 mm. The above-mentioned networks will be implemented mostly in trenches and partly using trenchless technologies. "Modernization of the water supply network" should be understood as the reconstruction, construction or renovation of this network - depending on the subject of the executive order. As part of the modernization of the water supply network, it will also be necessary to recreate the surface outside the road (e.g. after rebuilding the connections), and it may also be necessary to simultaneously reconstruct the underground infrastructure or other accompanying works. 2. The "expected quantities" provided in the price form - framework cost estimate for Task 1 and the estimated number of man-hours for Task 2 are indicative quantities. The Ordering Party reserves the right to make changes to individual items of the price form - framework cost estimate and the number of man-hours in terms of reducing/increasing the expected quantities, within the amounts indicated in Chapter 2, point 6.1. Procurement Terms and Conditions (SWZ). 3. The Ordering Party informs that construction works carried out as part of executive orders will be settled as follows: 1) Tasks within the Ordering Party's scope of ZDiT - quantity settlement, 2) Tasks within the scope of the Ordering Party's ZWiK - lump sum settlement 4. The exact location and scope of the works as well as the date of their completion will be determined
