RFI ONLY - The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles, DMV is issuing this Request for Information, RFI to learn about available technologies, services and operating models that could improve the efficiency, customer experience and on going administration of Virginiaâs existing Mileage Choice Program.DMV is interested in innovative, reliable and cost-conscious, turnkey approaches, including available products, services, implementation methods and estimated lifecycle cost factors. Information received may help DMV define its needs and determine whether a future competitive procurement is appropriate.The RFI is for information and planning purposes only.
