Description & Project Overview
The object of the procurement is the contracting, repair and maintenance works (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") carried out in the properties of Lempäälä municipality (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"). Subsidiaries wholly owned by the municipality of Lempäälä can also be subscribers. The procurement concerns building engineering works purchased at hourly prices and small (less than 60,000 euros (VAT 0%)) contracts with total pricing. The procurement is divided into five (5) areas: Section 1: Electrical work Section 2: Plumbing Section 3: Building automation works (Fidelix) Section 4: Building automation works (Schneider) Subarea 5: IV works Purchase quantities vary each year. When offering, the provider must note that the customer only orders work as needed. The customer does not commit to any procurement quantities for the works. Subscribers can handle the tasks of the tendered sub-areas also as their own work. In procurement, a framework arrangement is established. The bidder can bid for all sub-areas, the number of sub-areas he chooses, or just one sub-area. A maximum of three (3) contractors with the most economically advantageous offer will be selected for each sub-area. Bidders are prioritized based on the best price-quality ratio. See
