1) The purpose of the contract is to grant and service a long-term loan to finance the planned budget deficit of the City and Municipality of Pleshew and to repay the previously incurred loans and loans. 2) The amount of the loan: up to PLN 18 000 000,00 (in words: PLN 18 million). 3) The period of the lending: from the date of the opening of the credit until 10.01.2039 (i.e. until the date on which the last interest rate is paid). 4) The repayment of the debt will be made quarterly taking into account the interest rate on the repayments of the loans - the repays of the interest rates will be paid in installments starting from 31.03.2027 (i) The loan will be based on the operating rate of the bank; 5) the repurchase rate will be calculated on the basis of the monthly operating rate (i).
