Purchase/delivery of medical equipment and furnishings Package 5 – Blood Collection Chair
Supply of dialysis chairs (8 pcs) to the Municipal Medical Centre Polesie in Łódź. A detailed description of the required technical parameters and the quantity of medical equipment covered by the order, which the Contractor is obliged to supply, assemble/install and commission, is set out in Annexes No. 2 and 9 to the SWZ. The conditions and manner of performance of the subject of the order are specified in the draft contract provisions constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
