DTU Health Technology wishes to conclude a service agreement on Flow-core machines produced by Becton Dickinson. The instruments relate to critical infrastructure. The service agreement will include day-to-day service and support either remotely or per phone, including the purchase of original spare parts, updated software and calibration after replacement of parts (all replaceable parts will be included in the service). The service agreement will include service on the following Sund flow-core machines, which are produced by Becton Dickinson Biosciences (Waters): - FACS Canto II 3L with HTS Loader, - LSR Fortessa SO 5L with FACSFlow Supply System, - FACSAria Fusion SO 5L, - LSR Fortessa SO 5L with FACSFlow Supply System & HTS Loader, - FACS Melody BV, and - LSR Fortessa X-20 5L with FACSFlow Supply System. The agreement will include: - An annual review of DTUs machines - Day-to-day support on the instruments - Replacement of parts, such as laser, filter, etc. - Calibration of individual parts after assembly - Adjustments to filter in connection with setting up new analysis panels - Updating of software
