The plan for the period 2019-2023 is to carry out the restoration of the interior rooms, staircases and windows of the west wing of the listed Baroque Ludwigslust Palace in accordance with the preservation objectives, taking into account user-specific requirements, necessary fire protection measures and structural upgrading measures, as well as the implementation of building services and safety engineering requirements. The realisation will be based on the approved EW-Bau (preliminary design) in 5 separate sections, the construction services of which are to be awarded separately and accounted for in accordance with EU funding guidelines. The realisation sections (RA) are lots, the planned construction costs (net) of which amount to the following according to EW-Bau: Lot 1 (6th RA) - KG 300: 2,014,000 Euro, KG 400: 667,000 Euro Lot 2 (7th RA) - KG 300: 1,152,000 Euro, KG 400: 349,000 Euro Lot 3 (8th RA) - KG 300: 1,800,000 Euro, KG 400: 208,000 Euro Lot 4 (9th RA) - KG 300: 2,362,000 Euro, KG 400: 210,000 Euro Lot 5 (10th RA) - KG 300: 683,000 Euro, KG 400: 185,000 Euro. The structural engineering design services will not be awarded for individual lots, but only for all Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the 6th RA to 10th RA together.
