Plot number 3396 is located in st. margrethen sg in the immediate vicinity of the a1 motorway and the border with austria. the federal office for buildings and logistics (bbl) is planning to build an intervention center (ivz) with several parts of the building on the site. the construction project includes a main building and several ancillary buildings with associated technical systems and infrastructure.

management system
a building automation system is planned for monitoring alarms and integrating building services and room automation. the management level is integrated into the federal internal control system and must be carried out in accordance with the bbl standards. providers who have never integrated systems into a bbl system must set up a test environment beforehand. a separate list of services is included. the room automation functions are largely processed decentrally and fully integrated into the management level via a fieldbus. to generate heat, a reversible heat pump is provided for heating and cooling operation. the regulation differs for 3 different operating cases (summer, winter and transitional operation). three separate commissioning dates are planned.

plant automation
the automation stations of the building services systems are freely programmable and are integrated into the management level using the bacnet protocol. freely programmable ddc stations can be selected. the functions are guaranteed even in the event of a network failure. the switching device combinations are constructed according to the bbl standard.

room automation
