[Public Procurement Portal] - 1.1. The purpose of this tender is to hire a specialized company to license, implement, sustain and evolve an integrated technological solution for the Municipal Council of Marataízes/ES, consisting of: I. Platform for the Legislative Branch's Institutional Portal, comprising institutional page, official electronic journal, service charter, citizen information service (e-SIC) and ombudsman's office (e-OUV); II. Software for Process Management of the Legislative Branch, comprising the management of administrative and legislative processes, with archival organization, processing through workflows in BPMN notation, legislative information and compiled legislation and legislative production portals; III. Software for Management and Transparency of Parliamentary Amendments, comprising the registration and assessment of amendments to the LOA and PPA and monitoring of budget execution; IV. Artificial Intelligence Software for Transcription and Research in Audiovisual Content, comprising automatic transcription, textual search and public consultation portal; and V. Technical services on demand for mapping and modeling processes in BPMN, compiling normative acts and development, customization, integration and evolutionary maintenance of web applications, measured by UST, according to specifications, quantities and conditions of the Terms of Reference (Annex I) and its annexes. 1.2. The object includes implementation, data migration, training, remote technical support, maintenance and managed hosting services for each component, in accordance with item 5 of the Terms of Reference. 1.3. The object has the nature of a common information technology service, in accordance with art. 6th, inc. XIII, of Law No. 14,133/2021, with support services continuing (art. 106 of Law No. 14,133/2021).
