Hiring a company or consortium of specialized companies to carry out maintenance services for the TELEBRAS National External Telecommunications Network Plant, in accordance with the specifications and conditions contained in the Terms of Reference and its Annexes. The specifications of the object detailed in the Notice and its Annexes prevail over those registered in a generic way in the CATMAT/CATSER system. The commercial proposal must follow the proposal model contained in Annex B of the Notice. Note: The value of the commercial proposal registered in the system must be the total value of the contract for the 36 (thirty-six) months of validity.
