Contract Description
Media center - provision and configuration of a cloud-based online shop solution Media center - provision and configuration of a cloud-based online shop solution
The subject of the services to be provided by the contractor is the provision, initial customization and commissioning (initial services) as well as the subsequent operation and hosting of a cloud-based online shop solution (media center), including related service, maintenance, support, training and other services. The client needs a market-tested, stable, secure and up-to-date shop system that is actively used and has a correspondingly large number of (agency) partners/service providers. There must be no dependence on a single provider. If necessary, it must be possible to change the service provider without having to change the shop system. The contractor must use an existing shop system - or a combination of selected solutions - (e.g. market-tested standard software) and adapt/customize it to the needs of BG Verkehr and, if necessary, further develop it. The contractor must make the contractual online shop solution available to the client as a cloud-based application. In particular, the contractor must comply with the specific requirements for accessibility (see section 1.3.14), the fulfillment of data protection requirements and the requirements for data exchange using extensive interfaces, e.g. B. for websites, accounting software, merchandise management systems or CRM software. Subject to the provision in 13.2.2 of the EVB-IT Cloud General Terms and Conditions, the EVB-IT contract for cloud services ends no later than 72 months after the contract is awarded, without the need for termination. Details on the terms of the individual contractual services and their termination options can be found in the EVB-IT contract for cloud services (Part B.2), in particular Section 3.1.
