Description & Project Overview
The central contracting authority hereby introduces the Dynamic Purchasing System (DNS), which is understood as a fully electronic, open system for awarding public contracts, the subject of which is the procurement of various types of contrast agents for participating contracting authorities pursuant to Section 138 et seq. Act No. 134/2016 Coll. (ZZVZ). This is an above-limit central public order for supplies, awarded in a narrower procedure according to § 58 ZZVZ. DNS will be in place indefinitely. DNS is divided into 8 categories. Based on the submitted application for participation, a specific public contract is not entered in the DNS.
