(hereinafter referred to as “Lender or Main Implementor or ILBANK”) has obtained a loan from the World Bank (IBRD) (hereinafter referred to as “Main Creditor or Bank or IBRD”) to be used within the scope of the Public and Municipal Renewable Energy Project (P179867) (hereinafter referred to as “PUMREP”). İller Bankası A.Ş. allocated a part of the loan to Yücekapı Municipality (hereinafter referred to as Employer or Yücekapı Municipality) for the financing of Yücekapı (Ağrı) Solar Power Plant (SPP) Project Design, Supply and Installation (Contract No: YUCEKAPI -PUMREP- W1). It will be carried out by national competitive tendering method by issuing a Request for Proposals (RfB) in accordance with the World Bank's "Procurement Rules to be applied by Investment Projects (IPF) Borrowers" (November 2020 revision) and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
