Separate position No. 1: Engineering (design, author supervision, construction and supply of equipment) for the reconstruction and modernization of PSPV Yablkovo The scope of work includes at least the following elements: Review and analysis of the available project documentation for the planned activities, as well as bringing it into line with the Laws of the State; Preparation of an investment project in the Conceptual phase in part Technological and Technical project for the site Reconstruction and modernization of the PSPV Yablkovo, according to the normative requirements for the scope and content of the investment projects; Coordination of the investment project with all control bodies, operating companies and institutions according to the requirements of the Laws of the State; Obtaining all necessary opinions and permissions according to the Agreement; Execution of construction and any other incidental and related activities necessary for the execution of construction, in accordance with the Laws of the State and the Contract; Carrying out authors supervision during the construction in accordance with the Laws of the State, technical decisions, refinements and amendments to the project, technological control and assistance in putting the construction into operation; Preparation of executive documentation, cadastral surveying of the entire construction and provision to the relevant Office of Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre of data according to the Laws of the State. The specific activities, as well as the requirements for their implementation, are detailed in the Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1.1, which is an integral part of the public procurement documentation.
