Description & Project Overview
Sultan Qaboos University is requesting quotations for Equipment under Requisition Number 1234/26/0133. Required Line Items: 1. TWIN-ROTOR DYNAMIC EXPERIMENT SYSTEM (3-DOF HELICOPTER) - Quantity: 2 Units Specifications: - Pitch movement At least ±30° about the horizontal position. - Elevation movement At least 60° total mechanical travel; state upper and lower limits. - Travel movement Continuous 360° rotation without cable winding, using a slip ring or equivalent arrangement. - Position feedback Independent encoder or equivalent angular sensor on each of the three axes, with effective resolution of 0.1° or better. State resolution, accuracy and calibration method separately. - Control update rate Configurable fixed-step closed-loop operation at 500 Hz or higher, with synchronized acquisition and actuation on the supplied control platform. Terms and Conditions: The quotation must include the following details: 1. Warranty period. 2. Delivery period. 3. Price List for the major spare parts. 4. Cost of maintenance visit per day after the warranty period expires. 5. Submission a copy of an Operation and Service manuals at the installation time. 6. Back up/spare parts support up to the 10th year. 7. Details of any pre-installation requirements (attached with offer). 8. Manufacturing date certificate from the manufacturer. 9.
