Description & Project Overview
The object of the contract is the provision of the technical services necessary for the drafting of the basic project and the executive project for the rehabilitation and transformation works of the old municipal residence located in Carrer Monjo, no. 35, to allocate it to sheltered housing for the elderly, including the study and definition of the expansion of the building that is necessary and viable. The project must define the works in a complete, coordinated and sufficient manner, justify compliance with the applicable regulations and allow their supervision, administrative approval and subsequent public bidding. The reference program foresees 12 sheltered homes. This capacity will have to be contrasted with the functional program of Social Services, the applicable sectoral regulations, the conditions of the existing building and the requirements for accessibility, evacuation, healthiness and habitability. Construction management, execution management, health and safety coordination during the works, subsequent legalizations and assistance during the execution phase are outside the scope of the contract.
