Commodity telecommunications services represent data services (KTS data) enabling data communication between OVS and applications that are not connected to eGovernment, i.e. to CMS. KTS data services are not dependent on the functioning of KIVS CMS data services. Voice services are part of the KTS service category. A more detailed specification of these KIVS KTS services is given in Appendix No. 3 of this DNS Tender Documentation.
