Description & Project Overview
Acquisition of exclusively compounded non-sterile Medicines (group 09) for the Hospital das Clinicas of UFG of the HU-Brazil Network in the Electronic Auction modality - Price Registration System. Grouping by lots proves to be technically and economically viable and is not intended to reduce the competitive nature of the bidding. It aims, solely, to ensure the safe management of contracting, and mainly, to ensure, not only the broadest competition necessary in a bidding process, but also to achieve its purpose and effectiveness, which is to satisfactorily meet the needs of public administration. This grouping was designed as a way to facilitate the management of minutes, increase the interest of suppliers and facilitate acquisition, as the products have short expiry dates, which limits the quantity to be requested from suppliers, impacting the minimum revenue for delivery defined by most companies. Therefore, the batches were designed according to the physical characteristics of the products: semi-solid and solution. Another form of acquisition for this group of medicines would significantly reduce the interest of suppliers in participating in the tender, which would significantly increase the probability of failure, in accordance with Article 32, item III of Law No. 13,303 of 2016.
