Poland – Public transport services by railways – Mutual provision of railway transportation services between the Great Pole Railway sp. z o.o. to POLREGIO S.A.

1. The subject of the order is the provision of railway transport services on trains operated by Koleje Wielkopolskie sp. z o.o. and POLREGIO S.A. together with the settlement of revenues from this title, generated at points of sale and on devices where the offers of both Parties are available at the same time. 2. POLREGIO will, on its own behalf, conclude contracts for the transport of persons, goods and animals, which, depending on the route network, will be fully or partially performed by KW, acting as a subcontractor. The proof of conclusion of the transport contract will be an appropriate ticket issued or legalized by
