Ulice Kamenice – increasing the capacity of communication and building the SSZ

The contractor will prepare and deliver the feasibility study "Ulice Kamenice - increasing the capacity of communication and building the SSZ" (hereinafter referred to as the "Study"), in the section from the already implemented section of Kamenice Street - the intersection with Studentská Street to the end at Jihlavská Street, including modifications to both intersections including their SSZ. This is about increasing the capacity of the existing road in the form of a change in the width layout in accordance with the already implemented part of Kamenice Street in the Campus area. It will also include solutions for pedestrian and bicycle connections (cycle paths) in the area following the Čertík Valley and the Campus, or modification of the intersection with Studentská Street, the connection of the surrounding areas and the future extended Vinohrady Street connecting the Červený kopec development location will also be addressed. The study should determine the substantive content of future documentation for planning permission. Specifically, it should determine the extent of modifications to existing communication and paved areas and the design of new areas that will increase the capacity of the existing system. The content will also include a traffic engineering solution that evaluates the basic capacities of intersections and will also be used to calculate the SSZ of the intersection of Kamenice – Studentská streets and the modification of the SSZ of the intersection of Kamenice – Jihlavská, or determine the necessity of other modifications on the given section - for example, the prospective state of the extended Vinohrady Street. The study will also check the capacities of the DN 700, DN 800 uniform sewers towards OK-B 10 under the Bohunice National Park and towards the interchange under Svratkou. In the event that the capacity is not satisfactory, the Study will propose a technical solution for the sewage system. The study will also include a design of the water supply system. The study within the water management part will also take into account the development area of ​​Červený kopec. The contractor is obliged to coordinate the work with the investment campaign Tepláren Brno, a.s. – Construction of a hot pipeline, with the investment event GasNet, s.r.o. – the construction of the gas pipeline and in accordance with the customer's documents mentioned in point 8.
