- Hiring a specialized company to supply fuel (regular gasoline), on demand, to meet the needs of the fleet of official vehicles of this Egrégia Casa de Leis, in a network of stations located in the Municipality of Sumaré/Sp. - The purpose of this contract is to ensure the continuity of the supply of automotive fuels intended to supply the official fleet of the Municipal Chamber of Sumaré, made up of vehicles used in the exercise of institutional, administrative, legislative, parliamentary representation, inspection, monitoring of government programs, participation in official events, external diligence and other travel necessary for the regular functioning of this House of Laws. It is noteworthy that the official fleet has undergone an expansion process in recent years, aiming to meet the growth of institutional demands and the need for greater support for parliamentary and administrative activities. Currently, the Sumaré City Council has 21 (twenty-one) official vehicles, a quantity higher than that contemplated in the previous contract, a circumstance that directly impacts the estimated fuel consumption and requires adequate planning for future contracting. Thus, the need for contracting remains evident, considering the essentiality of fuel supply for maintaining institutional mobility, the expansion of the official fleet, the imminent termination of current contracting and the Public Administration's obligation to ensure the continuity and efficiency of services provided to society.
