The subject of the concession procedure is to ensure the safe and smooth operation of water management assets after 2026, in accordance with national legislation, in particular Act No. 274/2001 Coll., on water supply systems and sewers for public use and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended. The water management property consists of a functionally connected set of water infrastructure owned by the city of Roztoky and the company VUAB Pharma a.s.
