931607 Procurement of construction, installation and repair work for camera surveillance systems HUS Kiinteistöt Oy tenders for the construction, installation and repair work of camera surveillance systems needed in hospitals and other offices located in the operating area of the HUS group. Such offices are located especially in the area of the cities of Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkää, Lohja, Porvoo and Raasepor, but there are also operations in other localities on a smaller scale. The goal of the competition is to select three (3) contract contractors. The duration of the contract period is two (2) years. The contract includes an option for one (1) two (2) year option. A mini-competition (project-specific contract) is always organized for contractors selected for the framework arrangement for procurements/contracts exceeding the national threshold value, on the basis of which the project-specific contractor is selected. The prices given in the mini-competition must not exceed the prices agreed in the contract. However, the contractor can offer lower prices. In procurements below the national threshold value (individual work orders), the customer can acquire the necessary work package according to the situation as he sees fit and
