Contract Description
The city of Kaarina is asking for offers for winter maintenance of property yards. The procurement procedure is an open procedure and the selection is based on the lowest price. One service provider is selected for each sub-area. The procurement is divided into seven (7) sub-areas. Each bidder can bid in as many areas as he wants. The bidder who gave the cheapest bid (per sub-area) is invited to the report-taking meeting. During the negotiation of the report, the tenderer can waive one or more sub-areas, if the completion of all sub-areas causes challenges. Surrendered
