Description & Project Overview
The Ministry of Health and Social Security (Ministère de la Santé et de la Sécurité sociale - "M3S"), hereinafter referred to as the client ("AG"), as the approving authority and funder as well as the responsible hospital planning review authority, intends to commission an external consultant, hereinafter referred to as the contractor ("AN"), as part of national hospital planning and investment promotion, who will provide planning and execution-related consulting services in the field of property planning ("OPL") and the Medical technology planning ("MT") for the construction project described below
