Description & Project Overview
The object of this contract is the audit services to support the General Intervention of the Tarragona City Council, in the preparation of the necessary agreed procedure reports, to demonstrate compliance by the Empresa Municipal Mixta d'Aigües de Tarragona, SA (EMATSA), of the conditions determined in the resolutions on the allocation of funds for direct expenses and improvements of the Catalan Water Agency and of its budget execution bases in accordance with the characteristics and conditions set out in the regulatory technical specifications of this contract.
