Contract Description
The subject of the public contract is the introduction of a dynamic purchasing system in accordance with the provisions of § 138 et seq. in connection with the provisions of § 58 et seq. ZZVZ for the supply of medicinal products to the hospital pharmacy. Within this dynamic purchasing system, the contracting authority will award partial public contracts based on its current needs (i.e. at undetermined time intervals).
