Invitation to bid for construction of a 3 – storey (12 classroom) pagcor school building at tambunan integrated school, brgy. tambunan, boac, marinduque sp bac infra 2026 – 09 – 010 the provincial government of marinduque, through the trust fund - construction of a three storey, twelve classroom pagcor school building at tambunan boac, marinduque with the amount of fifty – four million five hundred fifty – seven thousand six hundred thirty – eight pesos and 80/100 (php 54,557,638.80). being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for construction of a 3 – storey (12 classroom) pagcor school building at tambunan integrated school, brgy. tambunan, boac, marinduque (sp bac infra 2026 – 09 - 010). bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. the provincial government of marinduque now invites bids for construction of a 3 – storey (12 classroom) pagcor school building at tambunan integrated school, brgy. tambunan, boac, marinduque (sp bac infra 2026 – 09 - 010). completion of the works is required to be completed in 300 calendar days. bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section ii. instructions to bidders (itb). bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the irr, otherwise known as the “new government procurement act (ngpa)”. bidding is restricted to filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the philippines. interested bidders may obtain further information from provincial government of marinduque and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:00am to 5:00pm. a complete set of bidding documents may be acquired by interested bidders on october 5 - 27, 2026 from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the bidding documents, pursuant to the latest guidelines issued by the gppb, in the amount of fifty thousand pesos (p50,000.00). it may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the philippine government electronic procurement system (philgeps) and the website of the procuring entity, provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the bidding documents not later than the submission of their bids. the provincial government of marinduque will hold a pre-bid conference on october 15, 2026, 10:00am at the provincial procurement office, admin bldg. capitol compound, bangbangalon, boac, marinduque and livestream via facebook page of the procuring entity and/or spbac which shall be open to prospective bidders. bids must be duly received by the special priority bids and awards committee (bac) secretariat through manual submission at the address indicated below on or before october 27, 2026,1:30pm.. late bids shall not be accepted. all bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in itb clause 16. bid opening shall be on october 27, 2026, 1:30pm at provincial procurement office, admin
