Public tender for a pavilion building for the Nature Agency's local unit West Jutland

The Danish Nature Agency needs temporary office facilities in the form of meeting rooms in a pavilion building, which must partly be able to be built quickly, i.e. modular-based, and partly must not look like a container shanty town. The modular system must be suitable for use in connection with the establishment of office facilities and meeting rooms. More precisely, it concerns an office-meeting building as a supplement to the Norwegian Nature Agency's unit office at Gammel Landevej 35, 7620 Lemvig. The building must be built on one floor and furnished with meeting rooms, toilet, kitchen and cleaning room, as described in more detail in the tender documents. The cadastral number is 1f, Dal Anneksgård, Fabjerg, and the property belongs to the Nature Agency. As an option, a 1st floor with 5 workplaces, toilet, kitchenette, printer and cleaning room is offered for simultaneous or later construction and delivery, as described in more detail in the tender materials. The ground area must be prepared and the pavilions must be founded, delivered, assembled and furnished in accordance with descriptions and requirements, including for IT and technical installations, all of which are referred to in the tender documents. The pavilion building must be completed no later than 12 weeks after all necessary authority approvals are in place. Installation can begin immediately after the conclusion of the contract.
