Cadarache centre heritage framework agreement - lot 9: exterior joinery work, sun protection
Framework Agreement (FA) concerning small multi-technical maintenance works of the Heritage to be carried out on the site of the CEA of CADARACHE. The services to be carried out under "Lot 9 - Exterior joinery work, solar protection" which is the subject of this Framework Agreement concern the exterior joinery work necessary for the maintenance and operational maintenance of the installations, the safety of persons and property, the workrenovation. The services include: - removal and evacuation of old equipment, - verification of dimensions on site, manufacture and inspection in the factory or workshop, - transport on site, - coltinage on site - installation (blinds and roller shutters, exterior aluminium doors, aluminium joinery, glazing, revisions of exterior doors and frames, miscellaneous equipment) -repairs and maintenance of the blinds. - fixing by all means, including all wedges, seals, seals and all necessary supplies and accessories, - the execution of all joints whatsoever, necessary to guarantee an absolute seal for the external works, - the protection of the finished works until acceptance, - the removal of the protections and the cleaning of the works for acceptance, - thescaffolding or any other necessary means of lifting, all other services and supplies necessary for the complete finishing of the works of the lot.
