He looks after around 8,000 buildings, some of which are listed buildings. Its mission is to maintain, develop and sustainably manage the buildings, land and structures so that they offer long-term added value for society, the economy and the environment. The Baden-Württemberg State Office for Assets and Construction carries out all building construction projects in the state of Baden-Württemberg. The state company receives federal funds for various building construction measures in accordance with the State and Municipal Infrastructure Financing Act (LuKIFG). The planning, coordination and implementation of these building construction measures creates an additional need for personnel, sometimes at short notice. In order to cover the additional personnel requirements as required, the existing personnel capacities in the Baden-Württemberg state property and construction company are to be supplemented by temporary employment. The aim is to enable the offices of the Baden-Württemberg State Office for Assets and Construction to have access to qualified employees with different disciplines and qualifications via suitable personnel service providers as quickly and flexibly as possible when they have specific personnel needs. For this purpose, a framework agreement on temporary employment should be concluded with several personnel service providers. This framework agreement is intended to define the conditions for cooperation between the Baden-Württemberg State Office for Assets and Construction and the personnel service provider and thus form the basis for future temporary employment contracts.
