Description & Project Overview
The subject of the order is the supply of laboratory reagents along with the lease of equipment for the needs of the Independent Public Health Care Center in Sokółka. A detailed description of the subject of the order and quantity is included in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ - Assortment and price form. Detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order are specified in the draft contract constituting Annex 3.1, 3.2 to the SWZ.
