Predmetom zákazky je dodanie laboratórnych prístrojov, zariadení, súvisiaceho HW a SW pre vedecko-výskumné účely, v rozsahu a podľa technickej špecifikácie, definovanej v prílohách zmluvy. Ak to jerelevantné vo vzťahu k predmetu zákazky, v cene musí byť zahrnuté: doprava, vynáška, odvoz a likvidácia odpadu (napr. obalového materiálu), inštalácia, uvedenie do prevádzky, zaškolenie obsluhy amaintenance, relevant documentation - operating instructions, certificates/declarations of conformity, etc., as well as all costs related to the delivery of goods with regard to the purpose and functions of the requested goods.
