Contract Description
The subject of the performance of the Public Contract is the provision of mobile telecommunications services in accordance with the Electronic Communications Act, within the scope and under the conditions specified in the Tender Documentation. The provision of mobile telecommunications services means the provision of voice mobile telecommunications services, SMS and MMS services, data services and M2M/MBB data services, mass SMS sending services, other services in the scope and quality described in more detail in the Tender Documents, and other mobile telecommunications services not expressly mentioned in the Tender Documents, which the Supplier normally offers.
