The subject of this contract is the agreement of discounts in accordance with Section 130c Paragraph 1 SGB V in conjunction with Section 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V for all of the contractors finished medicinal products with the active ingredient combination Valsartan and Sacubitril (ATC code: C09DX04), which will be charged to the client during the contract term on the currently valid medication prescription sheet (e.g. Sample 16 or sample e16A of the form agreement, appendix 2 or appendix 2b BMV-Ä).
