Contract Description
Local service Botlektunnel currently has no fixed telephone connection to the public network. Service locations Thomassentunnel and Botlektunnel use old (legacy) ISDN telephone exchanges for fixed telephony that are connected to the public telephone network via a so-called 'Patton Box'. This connection is now provided by service provider Odido. This service will stop on January 1, 2026. In order to maintain the fixed telephone connection, CIV has drawn up a plan to take over this service via the RWS network. Network connections are required to connect this solution
