The framework agreement [Kbt. § 3, point 18] amount of the 301/2018. (XII. 27.) Government Decree (hereinafter: DKÜ Decree) cannot be determined in kind on the basis of IT procurement/development plans and requests submitted by the relevant organizations falling within the scope of Section 1 of the DKÜ Decree. The Kbt. In accordance with the interpretative provision according to § 3, point 18, the quantity can be characterized by the framework amount in the procedure for concluding the framework agreement. Framework amount for Part I: HUF 10,300,000,000. The specific amount of individual purchases to be made after the conclusion of the MOU will be determined during direct orders or competition reopenings. The subject of the framework agreement is the procurement of software licenses for open source technologies, manufacturer support and related, primarily system implementation and support services for the products belonging to the following open source technologies: • RedHat products and other products essential for the usability of RedHat products. In addition to product support, the agreement includes service elements related to open source technologies, which cover the following activities: • Project management (junior, senior category); • Testing (test manager, tester); • DevOps architect; • Enterprise architect; • Solution architect; • Frontend and backend development; • System support/support; • Administration, documentation tasks; • Educational activities; • Integration; • System introduction; • Application development. Tenderer is the Kbt.
