The subject of the framework agreement is textile services, consisting of the cleaning and care of your own laundry (work, occupational and high-visibility clothing) as well as the provision, cleaning and care of rental laundry (flat laundry). The services include, in particular, collection, professional cleaning or laundry care, drying, ironing, impregnation and repair if necessary, as well as re-delivery ready for use. When renting linen, the service also includes the provision of the textiles. Service group 1: Cleaning and care of your own laundry (work, occupational and high-visibility clothing) Includes in particular: • collection of the work, occupational and high-visibility clothing from the respective departments, • professional washing or cleaning in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and the applicable standards, • drying, if necessary ironing, impregnation as well as mending and minor repairs, • return delivery to the respective departments ready for use. Service group 2: Provision, cleaning and care of rental linen (flat linen) Includes in particular: • Provision (rental) of shower towels and tea towels, • Collection of used flat linen, • Professional washing and care, • Delivery of the rental linen ready for use in the cupboard.
