Poland – Construction work – Wykonanie robót budowlanych związanych z realizacją części lądowej inwestycji pn.:Budowa Akademickiego Ośrodka Szkolenia Morskiego (AOSM)

The subject of the order is: execution of the land part of the task titled: Construction of the Academic Maritime Training Center (hereinafter referred to as AOSM), which includes the execution of construction works in the land part of the AOSM of the Heroes of the Westerplatte Naval Academy in Gdynia, together with the necessary technical infrastructure, connections and networks, and obtaining a valid use permit. The entire investment includes the construction of the Academic Maritime Training Center, which will serve as a base. training and didactic area of the AMW, intended to conduct training in accordance with the study program for candidates for professional soldiers and with the programs of improvement and specialist courses for professional soldiers. The land part of the AOSM consists of the main building (A), an auxiliary building (B), a pergola with an observation platform (C), a pergola with an enclosed power generator (D) and all facilities necessary to secure the operation of the Center along with the necessary technical infrastructure and land development - which is spatially and functionally connected with the water part (outside the scope of these proceedings), i.e.: the marina for mooring small vessels of the Naval Academy in Babie Doły on a shore length of approximately 150 m, using the water area adjacent to the shore in the Bay of Puck (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ).
