Description & Project Overview
Construction of a four-storey car park adapted for approx. 700-800 vehicles of which 300 places must be electric car places and that 300 places must be prepared for electric car spaces. These places must be distributed on floors 1-3. Electric car charging must not occur on the top floor. In addition to electric car charging, there must be 10 charging points for motorbikes. Outside the garage next to the driveway entrance, there will be space for approx. 200 bicycle parking lots. The house is built in prefabricated concrete with facade cladding of glulam. Area affected by works: approx. 12,500 m2 Building footprint: approx. 6000 m2 Hardened surface
