1. The subject of the order is the purchase and subsequent delivery of surgical threads and tissue glue, specified in Parts No. 1-44, for the University Clinical Hospital. Fryderyk Chopin in Rzeszów, including: Parts No. 1–33 and 35 - 44 – surgical threads; Part No. 34 – tissue glue. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the Ordering Party's requirements are specified in the Price and Offer Forms constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ for individual Parts, which are an integral part of the SWZ. 3.
